摘要
设计一种用于高功率微波测量系统的大功率干负载。该负载采用高导热率的吸收材料作为吸收体,吸收体前部是契形的渐变结构。沿微波传播方向放置两个金属带,和主模TE10模相比,微波能量趋于均匀分布,提高负载的功率容量.波导外面的散热片采用强制风冷措施,有效效地把热量散发到空气中,整个负载结构简单紧凑。
This paper introduces a design of dry load for High-power microwave measurement system.The absorber segment of the load is made of the material with high thermal conductivity,and it has a taper lead-in section.Two conductive septa are aligned in the direction of energy flow,so the power in the waveguide tends to be distributed uniformly compared with the TE10 mode and it also improves the power capacity of the load.With the help of forced air-cooled,the radiator on the outside of the waveguide,can effectively dissipate the heat to the air,all of this make the load simple and compact.
