摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的病案教学法在产科学教学中的应用效果。方法运用由研究组编写的产科典型电子病案库,在2008级高职助产专业56名学生的产科学教学中采用以问题为基础的病案教学法,采用自行设计的问卷调查学生对该教学法的评价。结果53名(94.64%)学生认为更接受以问题为基础的病案教学法,学生对小组学习的方式、强化各种能力及教师教学、病案库的建立均给予了高度评价。结论以问题为基础的病案教学法有利于提高学生的综合能力和教师素质,深受学生欢迎。
Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based medical record teaching method on the teaching of Obstetrics. Methods We carried out the problem-based medical record teaching for 56 vocational midwifery students enrolling in 2008,using the electronic library of typical obstetric medical records compiled by the study group. A self-designed questionnaire about teaching effect was conducted among the students. Results Of 56 students,53 students(94.64%) thought the problem-based medical record teaching was more acceptable,and the students had a high evaluation on the medical record teaching method. Conclusion Problem-based medical record teaching method can improve the students' overall capabilities and the teachers' quality,and it is popular with the students.
