摘要
"因材施教,分类指导"是教育学的一项基本原则,也是高职英语教学大纲中明确规定的一项教学原则,因此高职院校的英语教学应根据学生的实际水平贯彻实施分层教学模式,并有效地构建高职英语"分层教学"的体系以适应社会的需要。
＂Teaching according to ability and guiding according to classification＂ is a basic principle in pedagogics. It is also a teaching principle clearly stipulated in higher vocational English teaching program. Therefore, English teaching in higher vocational colleges should implement layering teaching according to students＂ real level and effectively establish ＂laying teaching＂ system in higher vocational college to adapt to the need of society.
