摘要
CI策略由企业理念识别、企业行为识别和企业视觉识别三部分构成。铁路运输企业要想塑造鲜明的企业形象,在竞争中取胜,必须导入CI策略,其实施途径可分为:提案阶段、调研阶段、设计阶段和实施阶段。当前我国铁路运输企业应紧紧围绕提高服务质量这一核心,不断提高员工素质,增强企业的竞争力。
The CI strategy is composed of three components: the identification of enterprise idea, the identification of enterprise behavior and the identification of enterprise sight. It is necessary for railway transport enterprises to adopt CI strategy to create a distinctive enterprise image and win yn the competition. 4 stages including suggesting a plan, investigation & research, design and implementation should be experienced during implementing the strategy. At present, railway transport enterprises should improve the quality of personnel around the quality of service. So the ability to compete can be raised, and the enterprises will not be defeated in the keen market competition.
