摘要
幼师升格后,学前教育专业教师应站在高等教育的视野下,根据学前教育专业综合性和实用性的特点来把握自身的教育教学,把自己当成课程的设计者、构建者和实施者,树立动态的课程创生观。为此,学前教育专业教师必须不断强化自己的专业意识、课程意识和主体意识,升格后的幼师才有可能在此基础上建设一支高素质的专业师资队伍。
After upgrading the school of kindergarten teachers to the college, preschool education teachers should grasp the laws of higher preschool education and college teaching according to its comprehensiveness and practicability. To achieve the goals, the teachers must have the professional awareness, courses awareness and the self-awareness.
