中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎34例

Clinical Observation of Acute Pancreatitis by Integrative Medicine for 34 cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将64例急性胰腺炎患者分成治疗组34例,对照组30例。对照组给予常规西医保守疗法;治疗组在常规西医保守疗法的基础上,给予中药大承气汤加味治疗。结果两组在临床疗效、腹痛缓解时间、首次排便时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间以及住院时间的比较均有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎明显优于单用西医常规保守疗法。

Objective To evaluate the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 64 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into treatment group of 34 cases, 30 patients in the control group received conventional Western conservative therapy; treatment group in the conventional Western medicine on the basis of conservative treatment, to a large decoction of Chinese medicine treatment. Results Both the clinical efficacy, pain duration, the first defecation time, serum amylase returned to normal time and hospitalization time were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute pancreatitis was better than Western conventional conservative treatment alone.
