本文探讨了通过改善样品池设计,避免光化学折射率、杂散光和噪声问题以及进行曲线校准,避免或减低紫外可见分光光度计检测样品过程中的误差。
The discussion is about the errors in determing the sample in using UV-Visible spectropho-tometer. The errors come from the design of the cells, photochemical, refractive index, stray light, noise and calibration curve.For decreasing the errors, the cells should be design reasonable, the noise,stray light and fluorescence of the samples should be avoided, the sample should be put on the position near the detector, the calibration curve should be corrected at least three points.
