A new type of hot sawmill is introduced. It is reasonable and reliable on mechanism. PLC and frequency converter are used in its control system. As a result of in-situ test, the data-base of time-speed is built. Thus, in the production, the feeding force is optimal by regulation of feeding speed according to the feedback of the electric current and the temperature of the master motor. The new hot sawmill will be of great use value and in prospect of development.
