摘要
混合励磁型磁通切换电机是一种新型双凸极结构的无刷电机,永磁磁场、电励磁磁场和电枢反应磁场三者互相耦合。因此,需要建立较为精确的数学模型才能深入分析该电机的电磁性能与运行特性。基于有限元法研究了一台定子12槽转子10极的三相混合励磁磁通切换电机电感特性,包括电枢绕组、励磁绕组和两者之间的互感,并在此基础上通过派克变换,得到转子同步旋转坐标系下的交直轴电枢电感。所得结果为进一步研究该类型电机奠定了一定的理论基础。
Hybrid-excited flux-switching (HEFS) machine is a new type of brushless machine with doubly salient structure, in which the excitations due to magnets, field-windings and armature-windings are coupled. Hence, it is necessary to establish a precise mathematical model to analyze the electromagnetic performance and operation characteristics of the HEFS machine. Based on finite element analysis, the inductance characteristics of a 3-phase 12-stator-slot/10-rotor-pole HEFS machine were investigated, including the inductances of armature windings, field windings and the mutual-inductances between them. In addition, the dq-axes inductances in rotor synchronous reference frame are obtained by Park Transformation. The results lay a foundation for the further research on HEFS machines.
