论中国农耕文化的价值及传承途径

农耕文化是中国劳动人民几千年生产生活的实践,并以不同形式延续下来的精华浓缩并传承至今的一种文化形态。农耕文化的哲学意蕴是"应时、取宜、守则、和谐";农耕文化的时空特征表现为地域多样性、民族多元性、历史延续性、乡土普世性;农耕文化的行动法则主要为协调和谐的三才观、趋时避害的农时观、主观能动的物地观、变废为宝的循环观、御欲尚俭的节用观。保护、传承和利用好传统的农耕文化的人文精神与和谐理念,在维系生物多样性、改善和保护生态环境、保障食品安全、促进资源持续利用、传承民族文化、保护独特景观、发展休闲农业、推动乡村旅游方面具有重要价值。

Chinese farming culture is the life practice of Chinese people over thousands of years,coming down through the past to today in different forms of concentrated essence.The philosophic meanings of farming culture are timely farming,suitable measures,obeying regulations and harmonious development.From the perspective of space,farming culture has the characteristics of regional diversity,ethical variety,historical continuity and rural universality.The activity rules of farming culture are harmonious view of three types of talents,farming season view of seeking benefits and avoiding disadvantages,farmland view of subjective initiative,recycling view of making waste profitable and the saving view of resisting desire and advocating frugality.The preservation,descending and utilization of Chinese traditional farming culture,humanity spirit and harmonious ideas is of great values in maintaining biodiversity,protecting and improving ecological environment,ensuring food safety,stimulating sustainable utilization of resources,descending national culture,preserving unique landscape,developing recreational agriculture and promoting rural tourism.
