SWAN序列在脑胶质瘤分级中的初步研究

摘要 目的:探讨T2*加权血管成像(SWAN)序列在评估脑胶质瘤病理分级中的价值。方法:对行SWAN序列扫描的17例病理证实的脑胶质瘤患者图像进行分析,比较不同级别胶质瘤内磁敏感伪影(MsA)hk积的差异。结果:17例患者中低级别胶质瘤7例(WHOI~II级),高级别胶质瘤10例(WH0Ⅲ~Ⅳ级),高级别胶质瘤组在SWAN序列上显示的MSA体积大于低级别胶质瘤组,利用Wilconxon秩和检验,差异有统计学意3Y,(P〈0.05)。结论:应用SWAN序列可为脑胶质瘤术前分级提供重要信息。 Objective: To estimate the value of T2 star weighted angiography (SWAN) sequence in the pathologic grading of cerebral gliomas. Methods: Imagings of seventeen patients examined by SWAN with confirmed gliomas proved by pathological examinations were analysed. The difference of the volume of magnetic susceptibility artifact (MSA) in different seventeen patients, 7 were low-grade glioma grading (WHO grade glioma was compared. Results: Among all the I - II ),whhie 10 were high-grade glioma(WHO grade Ⅲ -Ⅳ).The volume of MSA in the high-grade glioma was significantly larger than that in the lowgrade glioma, which was identified by the Wilconxon signed rank test (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: SWAN sequence can provide important information for preoperative grading of the cerebral gliomas.
