血脂研究与中医整体观关系初探

Study on blood lipid and wholism in TCM

整体观念是中医理论的基本特征之一。中医脾与血脂代谢的关系密切。笔者在血脂研究中重视血脂状态的整体特征，应用双梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＤＧＰＡＧＥ）技术检测血清脂蛋白谱（ＳＬＰＧ），可以整体评价血清脂蛋白动态平衡关系，亦为中医“内脾虚”证的诊断提供新的实验室指标，探索中医和西医有机结合，共同发展。

The concept of the organism as a whole is one of the basic characteristics in the theroy of TCM,in whitch the spleen is correlated with the blood lipids in the western medicine.The wholy metabolic status of the blood lipids was highly thought of in our work.The serum lipoprotein electrophoretogram(SLPG) measured by applying the double gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(DGPAGE) may assess the balance of serum lipoproteins and come to be one of the new experimental items for the diagnosis of the syndrome of intraspleen asthenia(ISA)in TCM,and further be helpful to explore the study of the integrated Chinese and modern medicine(ICMM) for both developtment.
