摘要
创业投资引导基金是许多国家和地区普遍采用的一种支持创业投资产业发展的政策。为了促进各自创业投资产业的发展,各国家与地区均设立了创业投资引导基金。本文通过对国内外引导基金进行分析比较,在此基础上对我国创业投资引导基金的运作提出政策建议。
Venture capital leading fund is a kind of policy that many countries adopt to promote the development of venture capital industry. Many countries and regions establish such leading funds to further the respective development of venture capital industry.This paper compares and analyses leading funds domesticly and overseas to give some policy advice to China＇s operation in venture capital leading fund.
