随着保藏技术的发展,新的包装技术不断涌现,活性包装便是其一。活性包装通过改变包装环境来延长货架期,提高安全性和食品感官性而保持食品品质的包装。主要介绍了食品活性包装体系及在肉品保藏中的发展应用。
