摘要
目的:研究鲜山药提取物对乙酸致大鼠胃溃疡黏膜的保护作用及可能机制。方法:采用放射免疫法观察鲜山药提取物对实验性大鼠胃溃疡愈合时血清表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响。结果:与模型组比较,鲜山药提取物高、中剂量组和施维舒组均可提高血清表皮生长因子含量(P<0.01);提取物高剂量组与施维舒组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但从数值上看,提取物高剂量组比施维舒组高。结论:鲜山药提取物抗溃疡作用可能通过提高粘液层质量和提高血清EGF含量相关。
Objective：To research the protection and the possible mechanisms of the extractive from fresh yam tuber to the gastric ulcer of rats by using acetic acid.Methods：The observation was made to see the effects of the extractive from fresh yam tuber Granule on serum EGF in experimental rats with gastric ulcer.Results：The high dose group,the medium dose group and the Selbex group were obviously highter compared with the model group （P0.01）;there was no remarkable difference between the high dose group and the Selbex group（P0.05）,but the data of the high dose group was highter.Conclusions：The extractive from fresh yam tuber had the protection to the gastric ulcer by reinforcing the function of mucilage in stomach and increasing the serum EGF.
