In this paper, a generalized logistic model of the form as dx/dt=rx(K-x)/K+vx, r>0, K>0, v>-1, x>0. (*) are established. The results indicate prove that the growth of populations, which is described by model(*), is still S type, however it will have extensive aplolicability.
