摘要 “双师型”教师和教师专业化是职业教育教师队伍建设中的两个热点问题。培养高素质的“双师型”教师,建设高水平的“双师型”师资队伍,是职教教师专业化的发展目标,是高质量职业教育的重要保障。文章通过文献资料的收集、筛选和比较分析,阐述了“双师型”教师的专业化内涵,探讨了“双师型”教师的专业化标准,提出了“双师型”教师队伍建设的专业化策略,对未来进一步研究和探讨我国职业教育教师专业化建设有很好的借鉴意义。 "Double-qualified" teachers and vocational education teachers" specialization are two hot topics of vocational education teachers" construction. It is the target of vocational education teachers' specialization to cultivate "double-qualified" teachers with high quality and strengthen construction of "double-qualified" teachers. Through collection, screening and comparative analysis of literature material, the paper elaborated specialized meaning and standard of "double-qualified" teachers. It also proposed the specialized strategy about construction of "double-qualified" teachers. It has carried on the preliminary discussion to the relation and has well profits for further study and discussion on construction of vocational education teachers' spe- cialization in our country.
