摘要
针对"图书馆职业实践对学生的背弃"和"图书馆学专业的学生对职业的背离"这种现象,文章通过对云南省本科院校图书馆馆员中图书馆学专业背景所占比例以及现任馆长专业背景和研究方向的调查,探讨图书馆的用人现状,从图书馆学专业教育与图书馆的密切性出发,认为应该把图书馆学专业教育和图书馆实践联系起来,并对此提出了一些观点和看法。
For the phenomenon of the "library professiona "library science students depart from the occupation", practice abandons the library science students" and the paper discusses the present situation of library employment by investigating the proportion of librarians who have the degree of library and information science and the professional background and research directions of the present directors of academic libraries in Yunnan Province. Through the present situation of library science education, the paper believes that the library science education should contact with library practice and puts forward some ideas and opinions.
