摘要
建国初期,河北省遭受了严重的自然灾害,灾情十分严重,广大灾区群众面临灾荒的威胁。河北省委、省政府积极应对,开展了生产自救、社会互济、国家救济、移民安置等方面的生产救灾工作,使几百万灾区群众顺利渡过灾荒,巩固了新生的人民政权,取得了巨大的成绩,也积累了许多成功的经验,对于今天的防灾救灾工作具有重要的指导意义。
In early days of new China,Hebei province suffers from severe natural disasters.Hebei committee and government take measures to remedy,and lead people to carry out disaster relief campaigns.The measures are self-help,mutual cooperations,state relief,and resettlement of migrants.Great achievements are made and experiences accumulated.
