摘要
小麦麸在预防和治疗乳腺癌及与雌激素有关的疾病(如子宫癌等)、预防大肠癌发生和发展中可能有重要作用,但小麦麸含有较多的对人体有害的粗纤维,口感粗涩。从小麦麸中分离出来的小麦糊粉,含有丰富的膳食纤维和较少的粗纤维,口感好,其生理功能又优于小麦麸,有可能成为小麦麸的替代品而广泛地应用于保健食品。
The important preventive effects of wheat bran from mammany cancer and cancers related to estrogen (for example metrocarcinoma etc. ) and from the development of colorectal cancer have been discussed. Sines wheat bran is rich in crude fiber and tastes terribl, aleurine which is rich in dietary fiber, poor in curde fiber, tastes nice and has better physiological effects than wheat bran has been separated from wheat bran. Aleurone will be a good source of dietary fiber and a good succedaneum of wheat bran.
