社区卫生服务中心开展公共卫生服务的做法与体会

Practice and Experience of Community Health Service Center in Developing Public Health Services

作为公共卫生战线的基层单位,上海市浦东新区潍坊社区卫生服务中心以科学发展观为指导,认真落实《上海市加强公共卫生体系建设三年行动计划(2007年-2009年)》,坚定不移地推进医疗卫生体制改革,坚持公共医疗卫生的公益性,坚持预防为主,中医中药进社区,使社区卫生服务在公共卫生管理中的作用日益显现,受到上级领导的肯定和社区同行的认可,被授予"世界卫生组织上海健康促进和健康教育合作中心健康促进医院实验基地"、"上海市全科医师规范化培养社区基地"、复旦大学公共卫生硕士(MPH)现场教育基地、上海市预防保健服务研究与发展示范基地。本文谈到的一些具体做法和体会,期待对从事社区卫生服务工作的同仁提供借鉴。

As the basic unit of public health front,the main works of Weifang community health service center in Pudong district of Shanghai are focused on carrying out a 3-year action programme of Shanghai reinforcing public health system（2007-2009）,promoting unswervingly the medical health system reformation,keeping the public welfare of public medical health,putting prevention first,continuing to play the important role of Chinese traditional medicine in community.All above works aroused an outstanding effect of community health service centers in public medical health management.It has become the example bases of a series of organizations,such as World Health Organization,health promotion and health education Shanghai Cooperation Center Experimental Base for Health Promoting Hospital,General Practitioners in Shanghai and develop community based,Fudan University,Master of Public Health（MPH） on-site education base,Shanghai Preventive Health Services Research and Development Demonstration Base,et al.The certain practice and experiences presented in this article should give reference to those colleagues engaged in community health service.
