摘要 目的通过实验探讨EDTA在塑化根管再疏通治疗中是否能够溶解酚醛树脂。方法分别制作聚合24 h、7 d、30 d、180 d的条形酚醛树脂实验模型,各取1 cm长20段,将一端0.5 cm长浸入EDTA凝胶,分别在1 min、5 min、10 min后取出,在显微镜下观察酚醛树脂表面形态。结果不同聚合时间形成的酚醛树脂,经EDTA处理过的一端与未处理过的一端表面形态相比均无明显差异,且不随EDTA作用时间延长而改变。结论在塑化根管再疏通治疗时所使用的EDTA并不能溶解酚醛树脂。 Objective To explore whether the EDTA test can dissolve the soluble phenolic resin or not in the plasticized root canal therapy. Methods The production of polymer was grouped in 24 hours,7 days,30 days, 180 days as the experimental model of phenolic resin bar, 1 cm from each of three paragraphs long, one end of the 0.5 cm long was immersed in EDTA gel time of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, was observed under the microscope surface morphology of phenolic resin. Results There was no significant difference during the phenolic resin of different reaction time and between the EDTA - trea- ted and untreated side of one end, and does not extend over the role of EDTA changed. Conclusion In plastics root canal dredging treatment where EDTA is used,and phenolic resin is insoluble.
