摘要
为综合利用生产黄磷时排放的磷渣,采用硬脂酸及硅烷 KH-570 对磷渣进行表面改性,并将改性磷渣作为塑料填料填充到聚乙烯树脂中,研究硬脂酸、硅烷 KH-570 用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:磷渣经硅烷 KH-570 改性对复合材料的力学性能的改善优于硬脂酸改性,改性后的磷渣可以作为塑料的新型填料。
To enlarge comprehensive utilization scale of phosphorous slag which is the waste of yellow phosphor production, PE was filled with phosphorous slag that modified by stearic acid or silane KH-570. The effects of quantity of stearic acid or silane KH-570 on mechanical properties of phosphorous slag/PE composites were studied. Results showed that phosphorous slag that modified by silane KH-570 would improve mechanical properties of composites greater than that modified by stearic acid, modified phosphorous slag could use as a new plastic filler.
