摘要 目前国内生产甲维盐,有两条工艺路线。这两条工艺路线经过多年的改进和发展,已日趋完善,生产出的甲维盐在产品品质及数量上,基本可以满足目前的市场需求。但随着科学技术的不断发展、竞争的日益激烈,市场对产品质量的要求愈加苛刻。文章介绍了一种合成可加工性好、制剂稳定性强的甲维盐的新方法,同时对比了国内其他两种传统工艺路线。此工艺弥补了两条传统工艺的不足,使得操作容易,产品质量提高,生产成本降低。 At present domestic production Emamectin benzoate, there were two main process route. The two process route after years of improvement and development had become increasingly perfect, produced Emamectin benzoate in product quality and quantity, basic could satisfy the current market demand. But with the development of science and technology, the increasingly fierce market competition, the requirements for product quality became critical. The paper introduced a kind of synthetic machinability, preparation of stability of the new method Emamectin benzoate, and compared the traditional process of two other domestic routes. The process for the two traditional process made up for the weakness of two traditional works, made them easy to operate, raised the productivity and lowered the production cost.
