摘要
采用因素分析法,从11个方面定量和定性地分析了水力发电对生态环境的影响,得出了水电对环境的总体影响有利的结论,并阐述了加快水电开发的必要性。
By means of factor analysis,this paper analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively the impacts of water power on ecological environment from 11 different aspects.A conclusion that the overall impacts mentioned above are favorable is presented,and the necessity to accelerate development of water power is given.
