Pure megakaryocytic aplasia

纯巨核细胞再生障碍的特点是骨髓选择性巨核细胞减少,外周血血小板减少不是破坏加速,而是生成不足所致,巨核细胞及血小板不仅有数量的减少,而且有形态的改变,对发病机理、诊断标准、治疗及转归进行了讨论。

The characteristics of the Pure Megakaryocytic Aplasia(PMA)are that there is a hypomegakaryocyte eelectively in the bone marrow;the thrombocytepenia in periphery is not due to be destroyed more,but produced less;the megakaryocyte and platelet are changed not only in numbers,but also morphologically.The mechanisms,diagnostic criteria,treatment,and prognoses have been discussed in details.
