棉花抗虫育种研究

Progresses on Insect-resistant Breeding in Upland Cotton

本文根据棉花常规抗虫品种抗虫性表现的本质分两个方面即形态抗性和生化抗性阐明了国内外抗虫育种研究进展。比较详细地介绍了棉花的抗虫性鉴定方法及其评判指标、分级标准。同时对棉花抗虫性遗传及其应用基础研究进行了综述。并讨论了抗虫棉研究的必要性和发展思路。

This paper is to report the advances in insectresistance breeding in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) in two aspects: (1) morphological resistance and biochemical resistance breeding. Identification methods and corresponding appraisal indexes and grading standards of resistance to major insect were systematically introduced with relative researches on measuring normal for resistance reviewing. (2) In the mean time, the inheritance of insectresistant characters and the proceeding on basic studies of antipest breeding were summarized with generality. According to the present situation of insectresistant variety improvement, the necessity of research and the tendency of development on antipest cotton were discussed.
