中职教师培训质量评价个案研究——以A大学为例

摘要 培训实践及研究表明,中等职业学校教师培训质量评价处于项目评价阶段,未深入到培训教与学的评价阶段。依据中职教师培训质量评价指标体系的评价标准,剖析并评价了A大学职教师资培训质量。首先选择五个维度,即培训方案、培训条件、培训管理、培训过程和培训效果,对培训质量做定性分析;其次,对培训质量做等级评定;最后,讨论结果出现的原因,并指出今后相关研究的方向是针对培训教与学的评价研究。 Training practice and research indicates,the evaluation of secondary vocational school teacher training quality is still in project evaluation stage,without reaching into the training teaching evaluation stage.Based on the evaluation criteria of vocational school teacher training quality evaluation index system,Analyzes and evaluates the quality of vocational school teacher training in the A university.Firstly,selecting five dimensions,namely training plan,training condition,training management,training process and training effect,analysis the training quality with the qualitative analysis method.Secondly,assess the level of the quality of training with the quantivative ap-proach.Finally,discusses the results of research and pointes out the direction of future research,which is aimed at evaluation research of teaching and learning in training.
