医院思想政治工作与人力资源管理目标具有一致性。思想政治工作的目的是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的职工队伍,以保证医院的服务质量。人力资源管理的目的是通过各种思想教育活动来提高职工的认识,统一职工的思想,增强职工的凝聚力,以保证医院的各项工作任务的落实和目标的实现。通过探讨两者之间关系,实现科学管理,更好的服务医院各项工作,为广大人民提供更好的医疗服务质量。

Ideological and political work and human resources management have much consistency in the goals.The aim of ideological and political work is training of staff members with lofty ideals,integrity,knowledge,and a strong sense of discipline in order to ensure the high quality of medical service of the hospital.The aim of human resources management is to improve the staff members＇ cognition,unify the staff members＇ thinking,and enhance the staff members＇ cohesion through conducting the educational activities of various thoughts in order to ensure the fulfillment of all tasks of the hospital and the realization of the goals.Through discussing the relationship between ideological and political work and human resources management,we will realize the scientific management and provide better medical service for masses of people.
