结合高级应用软件PAS在青岛电网中应用的实际情况,总结了网络建模、状态估计、负荷预报、调度员潮流、静态安全分析5个模块在地区电网中应用的经验和成果,通过分析PAS各个部分的功能来阐述PAS对电网调度和电网运行分析所带来的帮助和影响,并对实际运用中的一些问题进行了分析和讨论。

According to the practical application of the Power Application System （PAS） in Qingdao power system, the experiences and achievements were summarized, which were about the application of network modeling, state estimation, load forecasting, dispatcher power flow, static security analysis in the regional power network. By analyzing the functions of the separate parts of PAS , the influence and assistance brought by PAS in power dispatching and network operation analysis was explained concluded. Some problems in the practical application were also analyzed and discussed.
