目的规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗质量和医疗安全,控制医疗成本,优化服务流程。方法介绍临床路径的内容及病种选择方法。结果临床路径的实施凸显新型的医疗管理模式优势。结论实施临床路径的关键,依赖科室的协调与合作是实施临床路径的保证。

Objective To standardize clinical diagnosis and treatment in order to improve medical quality,guarantee medical safety,control medical cost and optimize service processes. Methods The concepts and connotations,origination and background,contents and objectives of clinical pathway were introduced; effect of disease selection methods on information management of medical record was also explained. Results With implementation of clinical pathway,the advantage of new medical management model was showed increasingly,however,various difficulties and confusions were also present. Conclusion Changing physicians＇ services idea is the key to implement clinical pathway,coordination and cooperation should be intensified between departments,which provides guarantee for clinical pathway.
