摘要
通过以技能竞赛为载体,以"教师工作室"为平台,广州铁路职业技术学院探索实施"赛教结合、寓教于赛、以赛促改"教学模式。学校根据行业岗位技能需求合理制订竞赛计划,健全竞赛实施机制,建立"全开放"实训室,将竞赛训练项目与企业项目相融合,并积极扶持学生专业技能社团开展竞赛活动,推进专业、课程、实训基地和教学团队的建设。
Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College has explored the teaching model of ＂combination of contest with teaching,integrating teaching into contest and fostering reform by contest＂ through taking skills competition as the grasp and taking teachers working office as the platform.The college has made out competition plan and optimized competition implementation mechanism according to post skills demand of industry,and has boosted the construction of specialty,curriculum,practice training base and teaching team through integrating competition training projects with enterprise project and supporting students＇ skill communities to deploy competition activities.
