试论日本腹诊是《厘正按摩要术·按胸腹》的学术渊源

An attempt to describe on Japanese abdominal diagnostics is a source of academic knowledge for Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage·Diagnostics of Chest and Abdomen

为了厘清张振鋆《厘正按摩要术·按胸腹》的学术渊源,对其条文进行了出典考证。结果表明,38条文中引自原著者周于蕃仅有4条;来自日本腹诊著作《诊病奇侅》(松井操汉译本)的引文多达30条,约占80%;《厘正按摩要术·按胸腹》引用了至少11位日本腹诊医家的论述;且《诊病奇侅》对增订后《通俗伤寒论》的成书也产生过显著的影响。所以,对中医诊断学的发展作出卓越贡献的日本腹诊是《厘正按摩要术·按胸腹》的学术渊源。

Objective：The purpose of this study was to clarify a source of academic knowledge of Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage /Diagnostics of Chest and Abdomen written by ZHANG Zhen-yun who lived during the Qing Dynasty.Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage was a treatise on Chinese pediatric massage therapy.Methods：The historical evidence of Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage /Diagnostics of Chest and Abdomen was studied.Results：4 provisions were quoted from ZHOU Yu-fan＇s work and most of the others（30/38 provisions） were quoted from Shinbyokigai which was a famous work of Japanese abdominal diagnostics.Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage /Diagnostics of Chest and Abdomen cited theories from at least 11 Japanese Kampo doctors about abdominal diagnostics.Moreover,Shinbyokigai also made a notable impact on Popular Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases.Conclusion：Japanese abdominal diagnostics was a source of academic knowledge for Revised Synopsis of Pediatric Massage /Diagnostics of Chest and Abdomen and had made a good contribution to the development of diagnostics of TCM.
