井底模式就是钻头在钻凿岩石的过程中,钻头牙齿在井底岩石上打出凹坑的集合。使用井底模式探测与分析系统,探测与分析井底模式,能精确测定整个井底模式包括划痕与破坏坑大小、形状、深度、面积、体积等在内的井底三维形态的数据信息,能在2~3分钟内完成整个井底模式采样,10~12分钟内完成信息处理,输出模式的三维坐标数字量,对井底形状进行多位的三维显示。
The bottom hole pattern of a well is the aggregation of the pits on the bottom rock cut by the bit teeth in the course of drilling. This article introduces a new system for detecting and analysing the bottom hole pattern. By using this system, you can determine precisely all the bottom data in three-dimensional configuration, including the sizes, shapes, depths, areas and volumes of the scratches and pits. Data acquisition can be accomplished within 2 to 3 minutes, and data processing within 10 to 12 minutes, with the digital data and the three-dimensional appearance of the pattern displayed.
