楔横轧轧制汽车变速器第二轴研究

摘要 变速器是汽车的一个重要部件,改善变速器的生产加工技术,降低成本,具有重要意义研究用楔横轧技术加工变速器第二轴,与传统的金属切削加工技术相比,由于轴的台阶部位没有切削断点,金属流线保持连续,使零件的机械性能明显改善;同时,楔横轧技术利用挤压延展原理加工轴类零件,材料的利用率明显可以提高,且对于台阶轴零件,台阶相差越大,节材率越高另外楔横轧技术便于工厂实现自动化生产,有利于降低成本,提高劳动生产率笔者利用楔横轧技术制造了一条生产线,实测材料利用率可达90%以上,材料的拉压性能明显改善;劳动生产率达三人单班月产量50000根轴。 The mobile industry is a mainstay industry of our country. Its machine technique often represents the country's productive forces level. Transmission case is an important system of automobile.Compared with metal cutting method,by using the cross wedge rolling technique (CWR) to produce the No.2 shaft of transmission case. the shaft's mechanical property is improved for the metal fiber keeping continue along the axis and there is no cutting break point at the end of stage. At the same time, because CWR takes advantage of squeezing and stretching to produce shaft, metal utilization percent is increased ,and the material utilization percent is increased with the stage difference. In addition, CWR is convenient to realize automatic production resulting in decreasing cost and increasing productivity. We use CWR to make a production line to produce the No.2 shaft of transmission case,and tests show that material utilization percent is 90 percent or more and shaft mechanical property is improved obviously.The productivity is twenty five times that of lathe.
