摘要
《石油机械》第18卷第10期,1990,第44~46页,图7 针对在用井架搬迁困难、强度低、易变形的特点,研制了新型井架底座。该型井架底座采用高强度气包式底座下船、高地隙中间支座、折页式前坡道和行梯,以及大规格的联结螺栓等,可以保证底座整拖和井架起升的安全可靠。
A new type of mast substructure has been developed to overcome the shortcomings of the substructures now used in the oilfield-difficult to be skidded forward during rig moves, low in strength and easy to be deformed. The new substurcture includes two high strength colsed type bottom boxes with steam heating devices, an intermediate support with higher space from the ground, folding pipe ramp and stairway, and large connecting bolts.Integral trailing of the substructure, even on frozen ground in cold winter, and the erection of the mast can be accomplished safely and reliably.
