摘要
以2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲氧甲基苯酚与均三甲苯为原料,在Lewis碱存在下常温合成抗氧剂330。探讨了Lewis碱的种类及用量、反应物配比、反应温度、滴加时间和硫酸用量对反应的影响。结果表明:以85%~96%的硫酸,n(均三甲苯):n(硫酸):n(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲氧甲基苯酚):n(Lewis碱)=1:4.0:3.5:4.0,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲氧甲基苯酚滴加时间20 min,反应温度15~30℃,抗氧剂330的产率为86.1%~88.2%。
2,4,6-Tri(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)mesitylene was synthesized under room tempera- ture in the presence of Lewis bases, by using 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methoxymethylphenol and mesitylene. Effects of the Lewis base types and dosage, reactant ratios, reaction temperature, addition time and H2 SO4 dosage on the yield were investigated. Under the following optimum conditions: H2 SO4 (w= 85 %- 96 %), n(mesitylene) : n (H2 SO4 ) : n (2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methoxymethylphenol) : n(Lewisbase) = 1 : 4.0 : 3.5 : 4.0, addition time 20 min, 15 - 30 ℃, the overall yield was 86.1%-88.2 %. The structure was identified by FT-IR and I H NMR.
