1-(4-氯苯基)-2-环丙基-1-乙酮的合成

摘要 以对氯苯甲醛和烯丙基溴为原料,在锌粉存在下发生Barbier-Type反应,经Jones试剂氧化和Simmons-Smith反应得标题化合物,总收率55.8%。产品及所有中间体结构经1HNMR和LC-MS确证。 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-cyclopropyl-1-ethanone was synthesized from chlorobenzaldehyde,allyl bromide and zinc power used as starting materials via the Barbier-type reaction,followed by oxidizationby the Jones reagent and the Simmons-Smith reaction with the overall product yield reaching 55.8%.The product and all intermediates were characterized and verified by 1HNMR and LC-MS.
