基于ARM的铁路客车发电机集中监测系统设计

摘要 随着铁路客车全面提速,对客车发电机等用电设备提出更高的要求。文中基于先进的ARM技术,采用广播线及无线通信网络设计一种客车发电机集中监测系统。系统通过广播线实时收集各车厢发电机运行状态数据,在发电机故障时向检修员报警并存储数据,使检修人员直接掌握整辆客车发电机运行状况,及时做出针对性检修,并在客车返回车库时将数据无线上报中心管理机,有效增加客车行驶的安全性和稳定性,并节省大量人力。经测试,监测状态良好,误码率低。 With the railway carriage is general acceleration of railway carriage, a higher demand for the generator control system in the suggested. A centralized supervision system for generator railway carriage is designed by broadcasting-line and wireless communication networks based on ARM technology. The system collects the running status data in real time for all of carriage generators, displays alarm, and stores data when the generator is failed, so that maintenance staff can directly control running status for the whole generator and make targeted maintenance timely and the data will be reported to central management of wireless data machine when the carriage returns to the garage. The system can effectively increase the safety and stability of the carriage travel and save manpower. After testing, the system monitoring is in good condition and has low bit error rate.
