干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的研究概况

摘要 干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死可明显促进心肌梗死缺血区及其周边区域的毛细血管新生,增加左心室射血分数等。5-氮胞苷诱导、与心肌细胞共培养和用心肌细胞裂解液培养以及仿生电刺激等方法都可诱导干细胞有效分化为心肌细胞。移植的最佳时机为心肌梗死后7~28 d。干细胞在移植局部横向分化为心肌也受到质疑。干细胞移植是否为一种有效、安全的治疗心肌梗死的方法,还有待进一步研究。 Stem cell transplantation in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction myocardial infarction can obviously promte growth of new capillary number of the surrounding area and ischemic area,increase entricular ejection fraction and reduce remyocardial infarction area,etc.The Intervention means,which are respectively 5-azacytidine(5-aza)inducing,training with the myocardial cell,culturing i myocardial cell cracking liquid,and using bionic electrical stimulation,are effective in inducing the stem cells into myocardial cells.The best time for graft is 7 to 28 days after myocardial infarction.The others′ researches have indicated that transplantation of stem cell in bone marrow can improve cardiac function,and have possibility of leading to arrhythmia.Stem cell transplantation for horizontal differentiation in local myocardial also be questioned.Stem cell transplantation is an effective and safe treatment methods of myocardial infarction,which is still need to be further studied.
