摘要
企业在危机中的表现集中反映了企业的竞争能力和内部问题。2008年以来波及全球的经济危机为我们研究中国企业管理提供了很好的背景。文章运用案例研究的方法,选取了中国的三家钢铁企业,对其在2008年下半年至2009年上半年全球经济危机中不同表现的原因进行了初步探索,通过比较分析总结出了三家企业在危机应对、产品和是否存在国企病三方面的差异。
How firms perform in the crisis reflect their competitive capabilities and their internal problems.The global economic crisis started in 2008 provides us a good research setting for studying management of Chinese firms.This paper applies case study method to examine three iron-and-steel firms in China,and takes an initial step to explore why they performed differently in the economic crisis in the second half of 2008 and first half of 2009.We find that the three firms differed in terms of their mechanisms to cope with the crisis,their products and whether they suffered from the SOE syndrome.
