摘要 基于目前常用的几种植物淀粉含量测定方法,建立了一种新的测定甘薯淀粉含量的方法——酶解-蒽酮比色法。经试验比较,该方法操作简便快捷,结果准确度高。并从测定原理出发,对酶解-蒽酮比色法测定甘薯淀粉含量作了进一步的优化建议。 On the basis of common used detecting methods for starch content in plant at present,a new enzymatic hydrolysis and anthrone colorimetric method for detecting the starch content in sweet potato was established,which has the advantages of easy-manipulation and high accuracy of results.The detecting principles were introduced first,and then,the further optimized suggestions for enzymatic hydrolysis and anthrone colorimetric method to detecting starch content in sweet potato were proposed.
