处在闽南文化意识形态"宝塔"低层的闽南民俗文化,是中华民俗文化的一个支流,具有中国传统民俗文化的一般特征,在许多方面也带有显著的地方特色。在国家提出振兴海西战略的新的历史时期,闽南民俗文化的可持续发展更是面临着一个绝好的机遇,应当大力加强建立健全民俗文化引导扶植政策,强化传统民俗文化与先进文化的结合点,强化优秀民俗文化的宣传教育与发掘传承,强化民俗文化的原生态流传和环境保护,强化民俗文化的对外交流与借鉴创新,确保民俗文化的健康可持续发展。

Minnan folk culture,lying at the bottom of Minnan folk culture ideology ＂pagoda＂,is a branch of Chinese folk culture,which has the general features in common with traditional Chinese folk culture and significant local characteristics in many respects.In the new historical period of promotion strategies for West Coast Economic Zone by Chinese government,the sustainable development of Minnan folk culture is facing an excellent opportunity.Nowadays,we should make great efforts to establish sound supporting policies,strengthen the combination of traditional folk culture and advanced culture,enhance propaganda education and inheritance of excellent folk culture,intensify the original spread and environmental protection of folk culture and reinforce foreign exchange and innovation of the folk culture so as to ensure healthy and sustainable development of the folk culture.
