摘要
对高校基建实施前期确定参见单位,包括勘察设计单位、监理单位和施工单位各环节出现的漏洞以及高校基建实施中的设计阶段、招投标阶段和施工过程各阶段的漏洞进行了解析,并针对性地提出了对策,对逐步完善高校基建体系建设,提高工程质量,提升投资经济效益做了有益的尝试。
The loopholes exposed in pre-constmction period in which participants like designer, supervisor and constructor are chosen and those in under-construction period including the stages of designing, bidding and building and construction are analyzed. And according countermeasures are provided subsequently expecting to be useful for bettering the system of college capital construction, enhancing project quality and enlarging economic benefits make a benefical try.
