量化宽松货币政策的特征及运行效果分析

On Study Characteristics of Quantitative Easing Monetary Policy and Its Implementation Effectiveness

本文以传统货币政策传导机制为逻辑起点,研究了量化宽松货币政策的特征和运行机制;结合主要经济体中央银行量化宽松货币政策的实践,阐述了政策的两种类型——"定量宽松"和"信贷宽松"的异同点,分析了政策的实施阶段及其特点、政策工具的差异、取得的成效及面临的问题,并指出值得借鉴之处。

In this paper,base on the traditional monetary policy transmission mechanism,studying the characteristics of quantitative easing monetary policy and its operational mechanisms;combining the central banks of major economies quantitative easing monetary policy practice,studying the similarities and differences of the two types-＂quantitative easing ＂and＂easy credit ＂ policy,analysis the policy implementation phase and its characteristics,differences in policy instruments,the results achieved and the problems,pointing out that learned from them.
