摘要
基于天津滨海新区于家堡交通枢纽工程,对61m深异形地下连续墙在天津滨海复杂土质情况下的施工技术进行了研究与分析,重点阐述地下连续墙成槽技术、防止槽壁坍塌技术、垂直度控制技术及钢筋笼吊装技术等关键技术。结果证明该施工技术适用于滨海地区复杂土质的超深地下连续墙施工,施工工期相对较短、造价低,能够保证工程质量。
Based on the transport hub project of Yujiapu in Tianjin Binhai New Area,the construction technologies of 61m-deep and special-shaped diaphragm wall are analyzed,including trenching technology of diaphragm walls,preventing the collapse of the slurry wall,controlling verticality,and hoisting steel reinforcement cage.Results show that this kind of technologies are appropriate for ultra-deep diaphragm wall under complex geological condition in Tianjin Binhai New Area.The project can be finished with short time,low cost and good quality.
