摘要
本文通过梳理和回顾战略性新兴产业集群的相关文献,分析了战略性新兴产业集群的创新发展规律,具体包括战略性新兴产业集群的内涵、创新发展条件、创新发展过程和创新发展政策。发展过程和发展政策均以发展条件为基础,在阐释战略性新兴产业集群一般规律的基础上,对三种典型的战略性新兴产业集群(新能源、新材料、生物医药)进行比较,使战略性新兴产业集群创新发展规律的研究具有一定的理论和实践意义。
The development of strategic emerging industries concerns the future economic. Thus the research on stra- tegic emerging industrial clusters implies theoretical and practical significance. The paper first reviews the relative litera- and then analyzes the innovative development pattern of strategic emerging industrial clusters including cognition, in- novative development conditions, innovative development phases and innovative development policies. On the basis of de- velopment conditions, development phases and policies involve the general rule and the comparison of the three typical strategic emerging clusters, including advanced energy clusters, advanced material clusters and biomedical clusters.
