摘要
高速倾斜反射镜(以下简称倾斜镜)是自适应光学、跟踪瞄准等系统中的重要器件。随着系统对带宽和精度等指标要求的提高,倾斜镜的结构固有频率愈来愈成为系统性能的重要限制因素。
The Fast Steering Mirrors(FSM) are the important devices in the adaptive optics,tracking and pointing systems.With the demands of the system for the bandwidth and accuracy are getting higher,the intrinsic frequencies of the mechanical structure of fast steering mirrors have been the important factors in limiting the system performance.A method for improving the mechanical resonant frequency of fast steering mirrors by minimizing modal coupling in terms of the vibration theory is proposed in the paper.
