摘要
以己二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为主要原料制备了无溶剂阳离子型聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,系统研究了HEA、MDEA以及丙烯酸树脂用量等对涂膜性能的影响,并通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)等对其进行了表征。实验结果表明,当w(HEA)=6%,w(MDEA)=6%,丙烯酸树脂质量分数为40%时,涂膜的性能达到最优。通过对阳离子水性聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜性能的研究,在最佳聚合工艺的条件下,涂膜的吸水率为9.26%,拉伸强度为35.6MPa,断裂伸长率达到337%。
The cationic polyurethane/polyacrylate composite emulsion was prepared by HDI,PTMG1000,N-MDEA,styrene(St),butylacrylate(BA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA).Effect of the content of HEA,MDEA,and polyacrylate on the performance of films were investigated.It was characterized by the method of IR,TGA.When w(HEA)=6%,w(MDEA)=6%,w(polyacrylate)=40%,the coating can achieve the optimal performance.The results showed that the water absorption was 9.26%,the tensile strength was 35.6 MPa,and the elongation at break was 337%.
