摘要
在一定条件下通过3,5-二碘水杨醛与2-氨基-5-溴吡啶反应制取Schiff碱配体.配体分别与铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、锰(Ⅱ)反应得到对应的配合物,用红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱、核磁共振氢光谱,电导率和熔点,元素分析等方法对配合物的组成和结构进行了表征,并检测了其抑菌活性.
Hsalap (Hsalap=HL=3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde condensation 2-amino-5-bromo pyridine) and their complexes with four metals (Cu2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、) have been synthesized respectively.The compositions and structures of the complexes are characterized by IR、UV-Vis、HNMR spectroscopy electricity conductivity and melting point elemental analysis etc.Their antibacterial activities are also detected.
